Overview

CyberFOX is a global cybersecurity software company focused on the controls that stop most breaches before they start: privileged access management, password management, and DNS filtering. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Tampa, Florida, CyberFOX builds for the lean IT teams running small and mid-sized organizations, including state and local government, K-12, healthcare, manufacturing, and automotive dealerships.

The flagship product, CyberFOX AutoElevate, is a privileged access management (PAM) and privilege elevation and delegation management (PEDM) solution that removes always-on admin rights, eliminates shared admin accounts, and blocks living-off-the-land attacks. AutoElevate is paired with CyberFOX Password Manager and CyberFOX DNS Filtering to give resource-constrained IT teams a foundational security stack that deploys in hours, not months.

Today CyberFOX serves approximately 4,000 customer organizations and protects more than 1.8 million Windows and macOS devices. In February 2026, the company closed a nine-figure growth investment led by Level Equity with participation from Radian Capital, having scaled ARR by more than 20x since formation without prior outside capital. CyberFOX maintains SOC 2 Type 2 and SOC 3 attestations, plus EU-US, Swiss-US, and UK Extension Data Privacy Framework certifications.

Key Capabilities

CyberFOX AutoElevate (PAM/PEDM)

  • Just-in-Time (JIT) admin elevation. End users get the rights they need, only when they need them, for the tasks that need them. No standing admin accounts on endpoints.
  • Zero Standing Privilege (ZSP) for technicians. Removes the always-on admin accounts MSP techs and internal IT use today, replacing them with time-bound, audited access.
  • Just Enough Privilege (JEP). Granular rules let admins approve a single application or process rather than handing out full admin rights to satisfy one legacy app.
  • Living-off-the-land (LOTL) attack blocking. Blocklisting prevents abuse of native Windows binaries that attackers chain together to escalate privilege and move laterally.
  • Mobile approval. Admins approve elevation requests from a phone, anywhere, including after-hours. The product is designed around the reality that IT teams are not sitting at a console waiting.
  • Group-policy-free deployment. Stands up in hours through the MSP's RMM or directly, without rewriting GPOs or rolling new images.

CyberFOX Password Manager

  • Business-grade password management with shared vaults, role-based access, and SSO integration, priced for the SMB segment most enterprise tools price out.
  • Browser extension and mobile app coverage for hybrid workforces.

CyberFOX DNS Filtering

  • AI-driven pattern recognition that flags malicious domains in real time, including domains too new to appear on conventional reputation lists.
  • Router, firewall, desktop-agent, or device-specific DoH configuration for centralized control with per-device flexibility.
  • IPv6 ready. Granular policy by location. Deploys in minutes.

How we are different

Built for the buyers enterprise PAM ignores

Most PAM vendors target Fortune 500 security teams. They sell six-figure deployments that take six to nine months and require a dedicated PAM administrator. CyberFOX was built from day one for the MSP and the under-resourced internal IT team, the segment that runs schools, dealerships, manufacturers, and city governments. CyberFOX AutoElevate is the rare PAM tool that a one-person IT shop can stand up over a weekend, that an MSP technician can manage from a phone, and that an end user does not hate.

Founder credibility in the channel

CEO David Bellini and co-founder Adam Slutskin built ConnectWise and Liongard before CyberFOX. They know the MSP buyer because they have spent two decades selling to that buyer. That shows up in product decisions, in pricing, and in how the company shows up at industry events. It also shows up in the win/loss data: customers cite ease of use, time savings, and the ability to manage thousands of endpoints with a small team as the top reasons they pick CyberFOX over both legacy PAM vendors and DIY scripting.

Innovation: PEDM done right for distributed IT

Privilege Elevation and Delegation Management is the category most buyers actually need but enterprise PAM rarely delivers cleanly. AutoElevate's mobile-first approval workflow, granular per-application rules, and LOTL blocklisting close the gap that has historically left small and mid-sized organizations exposed. The result is a measurable reduction in the attack surface that matters most for this segment: the local admin account, which remains a primary route for ransomware deployment, credential theft, and lateral movement.
