One of the areas where inforcer stands out is our facilitation of AI services at scale. We launched our Copilot Readiness Assessment in 2025, giving MSPs the ability to evaluate the maturity of every customer tenant, map gaps against Copilot prerequisites and identify rollout candidates at scale. We became the first multi-tenant vendor to support Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention policy management, a crucial capability for MSPs considering secure AI services. In 2026, we released Copilot Manager, now in beta with over 200 MSPs globally, giving partners visibility into Copilot adoption, surfacing unused licenses, and monitoring Shadow AI usage across customer environments. With inforcer, MSPs can build recurring services around educating SMBs on the risks of unsanctioned AI and upselling the governance projects required to use AI safely.
